Born from a love of real matcha.
We started Matcha Babka because we couldn't find a single place in Dubai that took matcha seriously. No ceremonial grade. No real whisking technique. Just green powder in a cup.
Everything here is made from scratch, daily. The croissants go in the oven at 5am. The matcha is sourced directly from a single farm in Uji, Japan. We don't cut corners because we don't need to.
